🧸 Supervision

All children remain the full responsibility of their parents or guardians at all times.

Children must be supervised throughout your visit.

Giggleville is not a supervised soft-play

🍎 Food & Drink

No outside food or drink is allowed inside the venue due to allergy safety.

The only exceptions are:

    •    baby food

    •    essential dietary requirements (please let staff know)

 

Thank you for helping us keep all children safe.

 

🚗 Parking

We have free parking on site, and additional free parking is available along the road.

 

Please do not:

    •    park on the pavement

    •    block or partly block any driveway

 

We have many wheelchair users, families with prams, and local residents who rely on clear access.

Your care is very appreciated.

 

💳 Refund & Rescheduling Policy

    •    Rescheduling: allowed up to 12 hours before your session.

    •    Cancellations: allowed up to 24 hours before your session.

    •    A 10% cancellation fee applies to all refunds.

    •    We cannot reschedule or refund bookings made after these timeframes, as we are unable to resell your space.

Weekends & Busy Times 

 

Weekends are very popular, and we host a large number of birthday parties, so our café and seating area may be busier than during weekdays.

 

For private parties, regular bookings are closed during those time slots.

👶 Mixed Ages During Busy Sessions

 

During:

    •    half term

    •    weekends

    •    and our 3:30–5:00 pm sessions

you may find mixed age groups (0–7 years) playing together.

This allows families with more than one child to spend quality time together.

 

If you prefer a quieter session or are visiting with a small baby or toddler, we recommend weekday visits.

 

Our quietest session is 1:30–3:00 pm.
