Giggleville Waiver & Safety Rules

By booking a play session or party at Giggleville, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following:

 

1. Supervision

    •    All children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+) at all times.

    •    Staff are here to help, but they are not responsible for supervision.

 

2. Health & Safety

    •    Children must remove shoes before entering the play area (socks must be worn).

    •    No food, drinks, chewing gum, or sharp objects are allowed in the play area.

    •    Please do not enter the play area if your child is unwell or has a contagious illness.

 

3. Age & Capacity

    •    Our play area is designed for children under [insert your age limit here].

    •    We operate strict capacity limits for safety and comfort.

 

4. Behaviour

    •    Rough play, climbing on the outside of equipment, or unsafe behaviour is not allowed.

    •    We reserve the right to ask children (and supervising adults) to leave if behaviour puts others at risk.

 

5. Injuries & Risks

    •    While our equipment is designed to be as safe as possible, soft play does carry some risk.

    •    Children may occasionally bump into each other, trip, or fall when using slides, trampolines, or other play equipment.

    •    Trampolines carry particular risks including falls, awkward landings, sprains, bumps. To reduce these risks, children must follow the safety instructions, and be supervised by parents at all time.

    •    By entering the play area, you accept that minor injuries such as bumps, bruises, or falls can happen, and Giggleville Ltd cannot be held responsible for injuries resulting from normal play activity.

 

6. Personal Belongings

    •    We cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged personal items.

 

7. Liability

    •    Participation in play is at your own risk.

    •    Giggleville Ltd accepts no liability for injuries or accidents that occur as a result of not following these rules or lack of supervision.
