Cancellation Policy

1.Parental/Guardians Supervision All parents and guardians acknowledge that Giggleville is not a supervised play centre and accept full responsibility for supervising the children in their care at all times while on the premises. 2.Adult Entry The first accompanying adult per family is included free of charge. Additional adults are welcome and charged at the standard rate displayed at the time of booking. 3.Refund & Cancellation Policy • Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time. • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund, subject to a 10 % processing fee to cover booking and transaction costs. • Special event tickets (for example Christmas, Halloween, or themed sessions) are non-refundable and non-transferable. • No refunds or transfers will be issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or cancellations within 24 hours of the booking. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to these terms. 4.Arrival Time Guests are kindly asked not to arrive more than 5 minutes before the start of their session to allow our team time to clean and prepare the play area. 5.Late Arrivals & Missed Sessions You may arrive after your allocated start time; however, your session will still finish at the scheduled end time. Please plan your journey to ensure prompt arrival, as we cannot extend sessions or issue refunds for missed playtime. 6.Venue Closures Giggleville reserves the right to close all or part of the venue at any time if deemed necessary for safety, maintenance, or other operational reasons. In such cases, customers will be offered the opportunity to re-book their session within 6 months of the original date. 7.Food & Drink For everyone’s safety and comfort, outside food and drinks are not permitted, with the exception of baby food and items required for medical or dietary needs. 8.Personal Belongings All personal belongings brought into Giggleville are done so at the owner’s risk. Giggleville accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your visit. 9.Shoes & Socks All guests must remove shoes and store them in the designated areas before entering the play frame. Socks must be worn at all times in the play area. 10.Photography Guests may take photographs or videos of their own children for personal use only. Please avoid capturing other visitors without their consent.
